Convention Sales Manager - The Oklahoma City Convention and Visitors Bureau is currently seeking a convention sales manager to promote the area as a convention, meeting, exhibition and trade show site to state, regional, national and international markets.  Position requires minimum three years hospitality sales industry or related experience.  Skills in account management, direct sales, sales presentations (oral and written) and trade show exhibiting required.  Exceptional relationship-building skills required.  Experience with DMO software a plus.  Must be able travel independently.  Extensive travel may be required.

Executive Assistant to the Membership Division -- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of the Chamber's database and coordination of meetings and events hosted by the Membership Division.  Assistant manages the scheduling of ribbon cuttings and grand openings.  Database proficiency and advanced computer skills are required.  Position requires a professional demeanor and orientation toward customer service with exceptional relationship building skills. Position requires excellent project management skills and above average oral and written communication skills.  Minimum 3 years office experience reporting to a top executive.

Director of Human Resources -- Director oversees employee relations, training, recruitment, employment equity programs, benefit management, performance management, policy development and implementation, legal compliance and payroll functions.  College degree in related field, SHRM certification preferred, three to five years' experience working directly with management in human resources position, experience with all aspects of human resources processes including recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefit administration. Knowledge of federal, state and local employment and benefit laws and regulations.  Requires advanced proficiency in Word and Excel and experience with payroll databases.
